Special Edition Webinar - Company Law - The Common Mistakes - August 2019
What the Company Law Requirement are and what is required to comply
Description
Company Law - The common mistakes. . .
. . . The companies Act 1993 is still often referred to as the "new" Companies Act. But this Act has been law for over 20 years! Many accountants are still unfamiliar with requirements under this Act and many have not made necessary changes under the new Part XI inserted into the 1993 Act, effective from 1 April 2014.
The aim of this webinar is to identify and highlight the common issues or mistakes that are prevalent amongst accountants - and what needs to be done to fix those issues or mistakes. These issues are not new, but they are still occurring, often through a lack of understanding of the legal requirements.
We will clarify for accountants what the Company Law requirements are and explain what is required to comply.
