Sarah Simmers
Partner, Anderson Lloyd
Sarah is a corporate and commercial Partner at Anderson Lloyd. She joined Anderson Lloyd in 2002. She advises clients on a range of corporate law matters, including business acquisitions, divestments, restructurings and insolvencies, drafting and advising on commercial contracts. She is a strong proponent of Plain English drafting.
Sarah presents guest lectures for the University of Otago’s Advanced Company Law and Banking Law classes. She has presented seminars for the New Zealand Law Society and written for numerous legal publications.
Sarah is a Trustee of the Otago Youth Wellness Trust, Chair of the Cancer Society Spring Ball organising committee and is on the Tahuna Normal Intermediate School Board of Trustees. She is a member of the Institute of Directors.
Jamie Reidie
Partner, Polson Higgs
As a Partner with Polson Higgs, Jamie has experience in advising businesses and farms. His work regularly involves giving advice on capital projects including forestry ensuring that the long term costs and benefits have been considered.
