Presenters
John Farrow
John is a Partner at Anderson Lloyd heading the national employment team. His primary areas of practice are employment and civil litigation. His expertise covers the full range of employment matters, including those which involve criminal and civil aspects. He has represented employees, senior executives, small to medium businesses, councils, local authorities and corporates.
John appears regularly in the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, District Court and High Court. John is a LESDR accredited mediator and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Siobhan McArthur
Siobhan is a solicitor based in our Queenstown office. A graduate of Otago University, she joined Anderson Lloyd in 2018 and was admitted to the bar in July 2018.
Siobhan deals with a range of litigation, employment and immigration matters.
Due to the high number of migrant workers in Queenstown, Siobhan has particular experience advising employers on matters where immigration and employment law intersect.
The significant development and construction in Queenstown also means she commonly assists trades persons and businesses.
Siobhan is a member of Queenstown Young Professionals and the Otago Women Lawyers Society
