Bill Paterson
Bill is a partner at Patterson Hopkins, Auckland. He has an extensive trust, commercial and equity litigation practice. He is a member of STEP, a member of the NZLS Property Law Section and convenor of the ADLS Trust Committee. He was created a Distinguished Member of Auckland District Law Society Inc. in 2010.
He has presented many papers for NZLS CLE, ADLS Inc., and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and has chaired the Cradle to Grave Conferences (ADLSI) for many years. He was chairman of the NZLS CLE Trust Conferences from 2003-2007
Greg Kelly
Greg is a principal of Greg Kelly Law Ltd and specialises in will, estate and trust areas. He is a member of the Wills and Trusts Committee of the NZLS Property Law Section, and a member of STEP. He is also well published in publications such as Butterworth's Law of Trusts. He has presented papers at numerous seminars and conferences for NZ Law Society, NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants and other organisations throughout New Zealand. Greg has a Master of Laws from Victoria University
