David (Partner) and Caity (Senior Solicitor) both work in the Commercial team at Gallaway Cook Allan in Dunedin. David has been a partner in the firm since 2007, while Caity joined the firm in 2019 after previously working as a taxation consultant at a national accountancy firm. They are regularly involved with commercial property transactions from both a landlord and tenant perspective so have a deep understanding of the issues that can affect parties on either side of a commercial lease.
